SCRIPT TO SCREEN offers a rare opportunity to experience a screenplay’s journey from the very beginning – with the script.

The winning script will be played out with table reading and actors from QUT in front of the live audience.

The live script read will be of our Queensland Screenwriting Award 2024 Winning Script – “Bunyip” Written by Miranda Catherine Allender.

The winner will be awarded $5000 prize money thanks to our partners, The Heaton Group. With thanks to QUT Acting students and Associate Professor of Acting Andrea Moor.
