Volunteer applications are now open for the Brisbane International Film Festival 2023!
Celebrating its 29th edition, the Brisbane International Film Festival (BIFF) will showcase a program of diverse and exciting films, inspiring panels and special events from 26 October – 5 November 2023.
Volunteering is a great way to connect with likeminded people, learn more about the film industry, event production, and gain unique insight & experience. Get a taste for the world of Film Festivals and have a chance to see new voices and different perspectives on the big screens of BIFF.
What your role as a volunteer could look like:
- Venue Usher – Scanning Tickets and directing and assisting patrons
- Event Assistant – Being an extra pair of hands to deliver our major events
- Box Office – Manning our micro-box offices at each venue, selling tickets and providing program
- information to guests
- Photography – Help us capture the spirit of the festival in pictures!
