Terms and Conditions of Sale

All persons seeking to purchase tickets or passes to the Gold Coast Film Festival acknowledge they are entering a legally binding contract (“Agreement”) between the person purchasing the ticket and Gold Coast Film Fantastic Limited T/A Gold Coast Film Festival (ABN: 21 098 091 260).

Gold Coast Film Fantastic Limited T/A Gold Coast Film Festival hosts the annual event, Gold Coast Film Festival and appoints a ticketing agent to provide ticketing services under the direction of Gold Coast Film Festival. Each ticket is also sold subject to any additional terms and condition of the venue for the particular event (“Venues Terms”). The Venue’s Terms may be disclosed as part of the event information on the Gold Coast Film Festival’s website and at various venues.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket. By purchasing a ticket from Gold Coast Film Festival, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Gold Coast Film Festival may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating them. Any variations will only apply to ticket purchases made after these Terms and Conditions were updated.

These Terms and Conditions relate both to the sale of tickets and attendance at events. These Terms and Conditions apply to both the original purchaser and any subsequent ticket holders (“you”).
Tickets are only valid if purchased through the festival’s authorised agents and are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the relevant screening or event.

The Gold Coast Film Festival has the right to add, withdraw or substitute films, speakers, vary ticket prices, venue, advertised programs without notice and with reasonable cause.

All persons under 18 must be accompanied by an adult whilst at the Venue.

Cameras and other recording devices are not permitted, unless where explicitly allowed. We reserve the right to request the deletion of any unauthorised photos or recordings.

All ticket sales are final, and tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase except as outlined in these Terms and Conditions of Sale, the LPA Code or otherwise as required by ACL and applicable state consumer laws.
